You just have to use the search bar to find the podcast you want, or you can take a look at the lists of the most popular programs. Once you open a podcast, you just have to select the episode you want to listen to. You also have the option to download podcasts to your device if you don't want to stream the content at that exact moment.
Podcast App is a good app for listening to podcasts that comes with an enormous amount of content and a nice interface. It may not offer as many features as other similar apps, but it makes up for it with its ease of use.
